Here is a quick video that gives you a sneak peek at the features that one can access by downloading the app. With our new mobile app, one can communicate, engage and track their business on the go. Features like Dashboard, Chat, and Campaigns will provide all the insights.

Dashboard

Once you log into the app after providing your email and OTP details – the app opens up a dashboard for you. The Dashboard is a quick overview of your business – Communication Data which is the number of chats running. Additionally, details on Business Data that is details on team members and campaigns running. Plus plan details and WhatsApp Conversation Credit balance history.

The chat section provides you with details of the ongoing chats and the ones that haven’t been assigned to any of your team members. While chatting with an individual you have the option to initiate payment and also enable ‘Quick Reply’ and ‘Templates’.

The Contacts section allows you to upload contacts manually or via CSV file. Once you have the profile uploaded you can assign labels so that you distinguish the user and at the same time you can assign status such as “Issue Solved” or “Issue Pending”.

Campaign

This section provides you with a list of the campaigns that have been running on your account. On further clicking on the results bar icon, the app provides a detailed report of the campaign. The app also provides a graphic representation of the campaign in the form of bar graphs.

Features like Profile give you details of your plan, personal details and the WCC available balance. Similarly, the notification tab on the dashboard page will supply you with the required important updates.
