Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive. This role will be responsible for new business development, account management, and communication. The Business Development Executive will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify market trends and opportunities in order to drive sales growth.

Experience: 0 to 1 Years

Work Location: WhatsTool Tech, Next to Dominoz Pizza after Inderpuri, Hazaribag, Jharkhand

Eligibility : Graduate in any discipline.

Salary: 1.8-2.4 L

Work Timing: 6 days a week – 9 AM – 6 PM – Saturday half day.


Desired Skills :

  • Must be fluent in English and Hindi
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Prior experience in sales would be a plus but not mandatory.

Day-to-day tasks would involve :

  • Supporting users with queries
  • Helping users set their account
  • Attending support messages and emails

Interview/Selection Process

  1. Online Test: Take this screening test. (It will take mostly 10-20 mins): Take the test
  2. Office Interview: Selected candidates will be called for Interview in office and there will be multiple round of test for final selection.
