Meet the team. Understand the product, the customers, and the metrics that matter.

Month 1

Shadow & support

Sit alongside seniors, observe real client calls, and start owning small parts.

Month 2–3

Own your scope

Take full ownership of accounts, campaigns, or pipeline. Hit your first targets.

Month 4–6

Lead something

Drive a project, mentor a new joinee, or own a metric outright. Growth is visible.
