Overview
WhatsTool offers a fair refund policy tied to SLA breaches. For the full definition of a critical issue, resolution timelines, and uptime commitment, see our Service Level Agreement.
Refund Tiers
Tier 1
Service Credit
For critical issues unresolved beyond 24 hours. Pro-rated credit added to next billing cycle.
Tier 2
Partial Refund
For critical issues extending beyond 72 hours. Refund equivalent to affected days of active subscription.
Tier 3
Full Refund
For critical issues extending beyond 7 continuous days AND confirmed as WhatsTool infrastructure issue. Full refund of current billing cycle upon written request.
What Is NOT Eligible for Refund
- Meta-initiated account restrictions or disabling
- WhatsApp API conversation charges already consumed
- Time lost due to delayed information or access from customer side
- Issues where customer-side action was required but not taken
- Custom development work already delivered
- Setup fees and one-time onboarding charges
- Add-on services (green tick application, template approval, custom integrations)
How to Request a Refund
- 1Email your request to sujeet@whatstool.business within 15 days of the incident
- 2Include: Support ticket reference number, timestamp of issue and resolution, and an impact statement
- 3Our team reviews within 7 working days
- 4Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 10 working days
